I race my dad in front of 5000 people in a Muir hill 141, he drives the world's most clumsy tractor a county 1884 and makes it dance around the barrels like a rodeo!
then for the grand finale, after a load of work to BIG BLUE- MY NEW HOLLAND FORD 8970 including bigger holstet hx50 turbo and larger 13mm plunger elements in the big Bosch pump , is it enough to beat Alwin young to "king of the hill" in his beast of a Massey 8480 !? - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

This is more entertaining than ordinary tractor pulling shows. There's more skill to driving around a course than just driving a straight line course and the action lasts longer too. Fantastic video.
And l thought you worked all the time. Good to see people have fun. Much different type of pulling than we do in the USA.

Class. Big Blue blew the doors off the other tractors on the hill when she got on song. Maybe a compound turbo arrangement to give the best of both worlds, big boost with no lag. Still, all good fun. All the best.
Hey up mate thanks this was so cool, at the beginning i was thinking tractor pull drag racing then it turned into trailer racing bloody brilliant, that Muir hill was a class act as for old blue the second time you said of 50 psi she was running pretty clean on the burn, good work top video looked like a wonderful event and hats off to whoever supplied all those mud gathering trailer's and the poor person that's getting the job ov cleaning them

In the corners I think slower is faster ... less push / understeer and quicker to accelerate out.

Great track setup, never seen such a track before, way better than the usual weight trailer pull over 100mtr...you need power to get up the hill and then it just starts the challenge to circle around the barrels witn that bulky trailer...wow...
Would be fun to see if you could get the trailer into a controlled drift somehow...

As much as I like my Masseys to see Big Blue rocket past the Massey at 24:22 is just unreal, if she was that good last year I cant wait to see her in action this year, well done allistair

Ahhhh so that explains what you spend a lot of your pesos on huh
You’re in with a roaring shout this year if you get the pedal delay sorted plus I think you need weights on your front end.
If you look closely to some of your turns the tractor is a bit light on the front which is leading to you slacking off on the juice and also going slightly wide which is throwing your lines out and leaving you with a bit of work to do in the barrel section.
Im not sure a full set would be the answer (it also depends on the weather on the day too) but I think for the extra weight it could be well worth it if you could work the balance!
Say for example an extra tonne on that machine I don’t think would damage your sprint up the track by the way Big Blue ripped up that track! Impressive stuff!
It would almost make me go dig out a 7250 pro from somewhere and spend ridiculous amounts of loot on it just for that day alone!😬
