རང་དགོན་གྱི་འདུས་པ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་གཙོས་པའི་རྒྱལ་ཕྱི་ནང་དུ་མ་ནས་ལྷགས་པའི་ཆོས་ཞུ་བ་ཁྱོན་མི་སྟོང་ཚོ་ལས་བརྒལ་བར་༧སྐྱབས་རྗེ་སངས་རྒྱས་མཉན་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་གིས་ཐུན་མོང་སྔོན་འགྲོའི་ཆོས་ཏེ་བློ་ལྡོག་རྣམ་བཞི་སོགས་དང་། དངོས་གཞི་ཞི་ལྷག་གི་སྒོམ་ཁྲིད་དང་། བར་བར་དུ་རྗེ་བཙུན་མི་ལའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་མགུར་གྱི་ཟབ་ཁྲིད་སྐུ་དྲིན་སྐྱོང་བཞིན་པའི་ཉིན་དང་པོ་ལེགས་པར་གྲུབ།
His Eminence Sangyes Nyenpa Rinpoche began the preliminary teachings on the Four Thoughts and main teachings on shamatha and vipasyana meditation with supplementary teachings on the songs of Milarepa. This 9-day teaching is attended by the young Tenga Rinpoche, trulkus, Khenpos, Lamas, monks, nuns and hundreds of lay practitioners from Nepal and overseas.
