Omg she’s changed so much. I just rewatched her messy bun tutorial from 2012. I know I’ve changed a lot since then too. It’s crazy how with age we all change and shift our behaviors.
That apple cinnamon oatmeal looked delicious omg I need to add granola next time! And for the butternut squash pasta maybe i can give you some tips since I'm italian: try to substitute garlic instead of onion, a bit of red pepper flakes (the italian kind, not the korean one! lol) and a bit more oil (i recommend extra virgin olive oil ofc). My mom says that oil is what makes the sauce creamy, and olive oil is very fragrant so it also adds flavour. Also try to cook the pumpkin for longer so that it kinda "melts" naturally instead of blending it. Finish the dish with some parsley and you're good to go! You can try this recipe with every kind of pumpkin really, the sweeter the better!

In our household we'll scrub and then chop up the potatoes, microwave them to help pre-cook, and then pan fry on the stove. It might rival your potatoes :P

Just a piece of opinion coming from someone who is constantly concerned about plastic pollution... if you are drinking smoothie at home may I suggest skipping the 1-time use straw, replace it with a reusable one or even a spoon? It will taste just as good, and create less waste. By looking at all the bowls the Daily Harvest sent I can't help but think about how much waste that's gonna create, especially that each bowl is covered with a plastic cover :s
