Branch is always a pleasure to watch. His stoic and focused demeanor warrants respect. A true Darkhorse of the sport, very reserved and straight to the point type work ethic. He’s definitely one of my favorites.

@@Dee-ek6vkintensity is the primary driver of hypertrophy. Technique/Form is about injury prevention and isolating target muscles. You can train to failure with good technique, the benefit is you get just as good of gains with a lower load and lower injury risk.
I met Branch last summer Atlantic City for the Europa Games and may I say, he is such a nice guy. Took pics with him, now here is a guy that kicks ass when he works out. I knew he was going to the Olympia. Branch is my guy 💪💪
I never was big fan of Warren. Ronnie & Cutler is out but 41 Warren is still standing. Big respect to him!

2009 was the best Branch ever. When I saw him stepped on stage, it was like nothing I’ve ever seen before as for grainy ass conditioning. That is until Jay stepped on the stage and he tromped Branch. Best Jay and Branch package ever!

I like Branch. He has a great ethic and heart. That being said, at his age, he really needs to tone down the intensity of the workouts. Let big Ronnie be a wake up call.

MrBoywonder1985 There're things far more important in the Olympia than forearms, Branch has a powerful and vascular physique, which is something I barely see in any other competitor. If forearms are that much important, then Kai wouldn't even be in the top 5.

Size motivates you and makes you train harder and with size comes strength being in shape or bulk.
Branch worked harder than Dorian Yates,Platz and Coleman.No one could outwork Branch Warren.
Branch and Ronnie are the hardest working bodybuilders I ever seen, I feel like the intensity is a little higher with branch though there is not much rest time in between sets

Have always admired branch no matter what others say about his body or the way he trains. I was really pissed off when generation iron included his fall from the horse in their movie. They should not have ridiculed him like that. He deserves better.
