During this time, girls will give chocolates (any sweets) to the guys and on White Day, the guy will give back a gift to the girl who gave him sweets during Valentines (if he wanted to). Going back to the MV, the girl did not receive any sweets from the guys she probably gifted on Valentines that's why she's sad. And that's the time where TWICE will give her the sweets to make her happy
