I thought at one time, these guys have a dream job talking Ohio State football all day. They rehash everything to try to create content. I think what they do is very difficult trying to come up with content when there is none.

They have an incredibly hard time during the offseason. Similarly, bye weeks also present challenges. But this is especially so for the Buckeye beat writers right now because we don't have a cheating scandals, NCAA violations, player arrests, poor play, etc., for them to talk about.
It is difficult to talk about the same things every week. But what do you realistically do if there is nothing new to talk about? They are not going to make shit up.
I agree that they do a great job given the circumstances.

What I like about will Howard so far 2 weeks into the season is it looks like he’s having fun out there. That’s something we haven’t had at qb since justin fields. I feel like that’s a good thing because it tells me that the moment is t too big for him. I know the pressure to win is there but he doesn’t show it.

Lots to like about Howard, Attitude/Leadership/Football Smarts/Competitive/Ability to elude Rush & escape the pocket/Running Ability/- However, he needs to work on his lower body/footwork on passes - has weird habit of going up on his tip toes and not driving his throws from a strong lower body base

I'm not an "expert" but I can tell you Will Howard has about as ideal a skill set for the most 'effective' offense that I can imagine ! --- Just a very difficult to defend multi option coming at ya catch me if you can in your face - nightmare to defend with awesome athletes executing at a very high level . A 'mouthful' but best I can do to put into words (?) not being an "expert" remember ? *** GO BUCKS ***

Austin will spend all year telling us how Kyle McCord is playing at a high level. Even directly after the Michigan game. The moment we get another competent QB he shades CJ Stroud?!? 😂😂

Reading an article Chase Brown wrote about JJ earlier and saw he wrote JJ was #1 WR and the #4 overall player in the 24' class and thought boy if you write something you gotta be on point..... #1 WR & the #1 overall player in the country..... In my Chris Carter voice "Come on man"

From what I have seen in the beginning of the season is there aren’t any B1G defenses we will face will depend on Will Howard winning the game with his legs.

Is Austin slimming down? Put him in a bikini with a chain around his neck... while standing next to Bill... and you may have that early Princess Leia/Jabba the Hutt scene in The Empire Strikes Back. Or was that Return of the Jedi? I think of Leia in that bikini and I lose my mind.
That was mean. Sorry, Bill. Lmao!

Day doesn't want his qb hurt, especially against Akron and WMich. He'll run more in big games. Imagine if CJ would have run vs. SCUM, even if they knew the plays.

If Stroud beats Michigan either year, we win our division and the conference, and Stroud very likely wins a Heisman trophy. And we now know Michigan cheated in those games.
