    Going there because of the glass art! And it was so hard to find a place to stay and find out about ferry info (from Shimoda). Thanks for all this info!!

    The homestay owner speak English? Seems like most of the accommodations on the island only accept reservation thru phone call. Pretty challenge for foreigners.
