Today we are talking about Korfball Rules.
The basic objective of the game is to score more goals than the opposition and win the game.
The players are required to work as a team to move the ball upfield until they get into a position in which they can shoot the ball into their opposition's net.
The scoring system in Korfball complements the fast-paced nature of the game.
A goal is scored when the ball is thrown through the opposition's net.
The Korfball game is concluded when one team ends up scoring more goals than their opposition.
If at the end of the game the scores are level, then the game is declared a draw.

I feel like there are some failings in this video.
1. Female korfball is not recognised by IKF. It is only played in NL.
2. Official IKF game time is now 4x10min with 5min break in half time and 1min breaks between rest of the quarters.
3. You can block the ball in korfball, but it has to be "clean" (in the air).
It is important here to tell about "defending position" rule.
4. You can hinder a player (only not the opposite gender as it was said).
5. Rule of not touching the ball by foot or fist has been already changed. It can happen, but accidentally. Played intentionally is a fault.
"To play outside one zone" - I don't understand what do you mean?
It is a bit misleading when video shows players crossing half of the field and at the same moment it is said you cannot :(
Same to "you cannot hand the ball to player from your team". Video shows long passing - which is of course allowed.
"Each team has 4 players in each half.. " - good to add that there has to be 2 men and 2 women.
For the curious ones, there is also 25sec. rule to make an action and score or at least hit the korf to gain new 25sec.
I would be happy to help to get the best knowledge about korfball if you want to do some more videos :)
Anyway, I am super happy that more and more tutorials like this are being produced :)
