V class is totally my favourite class of ferries. Sad there's only one left. I really want to ride on it for the memories. But I used to always go on the queen of burnaby.

For the largest class of vessels in the fleet the Spirit Class vessels have very quiet horns. I think that there might have been noise complaints from the islands that they pass. They do have louder horns, but they probably only use them for emergency situations.
It’s funny how after living in the gulf islands for your whole life you can tell which ferry’s coming through Active Pass just by her horn
