I don't think they were ever "hiding" it, just kind of acting with the story gimmick and letting people with a little Foxtail familiarity be happy being ahead of everyone else. I thought "Wait... is Lip in a rebellious phase going full Pretender" for like 5 minutes before seeing the ribbons and it was like "Ah, it's Kazuradrop.".
Noriko-san has a huge voice range. She can do everything from Smol Kama (high pitch) to Durga and Kali (both low pitch). The Sakura 5, including BB and Kazuradrop, should be nothing to her by now.
