Ingredients:
Maggi noodles -3 pack
Maggi tastemakers -2
Onion -1
Green chilli-2
Garlic cloves-6
Red capsicum -1/4 cup
Yellow capsicum -1/4 cup
Green capsicum -1/4 cup
Onion-1/4 cup
Spring onion-1/4 cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour -2 tbsp (optional)
Soy sauce- 1tbsp
White vinegar -1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce -1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce -1 tbsp
Schezwan chutney - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil
Salt to taste

@@rashmidas5187 pre boil noodles without tastemaker .Add besan,onions finely chopped,grated cabbage,tastemaker,green chillies,ajwain or carrom seeds,finely chopped,coriander leaves,red chilly powder,salt as per your taste.Mix all the ingredients and deep fry.its tastes very yummy
