The last trip I went on I just took my vintage Must de Cartier, wore it up mountains, down dales, & on boating trips haha When I went to a watch meet up I took my Bulova tuning fork & a Lip electronic to show off some rare & interesting movements
Thats a great selection your taking. Its one of the awsome bonuses of a meet up, getting hands on with watches you'd have trouble getting to see in the flesh and trying out different styles of watches. Have a great trip.
I always take watches with me when I travel. I usually take 3. But, I'm likely not meeting other watch people when I travel. Enjoy the trip!!! Cheers!!!
Great set of watches, and always a pleasure seeing the IWC spitfire 😍 definitely one of the most unique fliegers out there! How do you find the legibility, as the hands did seem to disappear a bit as you were moving the watch about.
Hi James, hope I'm not being to forward but what city are you travelling to as the Oz Watch Boys in Sydney would love to meet up with you one day if you are travelling this way
Unfortunately not in Sydney this trip. Heading to Perth and Brisbane. But next time I’m over there I’ll be sure to check in. Always happy to meet up with other enthusiasts
@@WATCHingJames Top man, enjoy your trip and I hope people enjoy seeing your pieces. Just paid the import on my San Martin so looking forward to getting that and seeing what all the fuss is about.

Absolutely. So nice to see some lovely watches and chat with other enthusiasts
I went to the Space X launch in October and took all 45 of my watches 😂
Hahahahaha. I’m surprised you would have any time to look up away from your collection
🤣 it was an amazing sight. I wore my Pagani 1701 red sapphire at launch and during the visit to StarBase. An amazing experience, James.
Lovely selection James. Great taste :)
Thanks mate
Really nice collection of pieces there. That Monte Blanc is a fantastic watch, it has so much personality!
It has turned into a key part of my collection and wear it more than anything else.
@WATCHingJames yeh that and the IWC make a couple of great cornerstones to the collection
I’ve never taken this amount of watches traveling before
Interesting for sure, you shuold certainly please people with that collection
It has been a great collection to have with me.

3 is a nice balanced amount to take. Having 6 was a lot more than normal. But wanted to share them with my watch friends.

I thought it might be hard to read sometimes. Silver on silver. But I wear it all the time and have never had an issue with it.
Bummed that I missed you this time mate!! Catch you the next time 😊great watches of course 😍
Definitely.
Missed having you there.
Taking watches away is some of the best time spent with them.
Funny, have never taken a GMT abroad lol.
Absolutely. It generally means I spend more time with less watches too.
Thats a nice setup. I'm digging the Wise piece 👌
It is a lovely watch. I’m really enjoying having it in the collection
I spend too much on watches that I can’t afford to travel 😂😂,nice selection enjoy your trip 👍🏻
Hahahahahahaha. That’s funny
Very nice collection. I would love to own and travel with with any of these watches (don’t tell my wife, please).
Hahahaha. Thanks for WATCHing
Very nice. I say walk wearing a an Apple Watch and then say, “I’m kidding!” And whip out the watch roll. 😅. Have a good and safe trip!
Hahahahahaha. Now that would be funny
You are just evil Albert... haha!

@WATCHingJames Can't wait to see the follow up video(s) :)
6 in the bag and 1 on the wrist..where did you get the case James?
It is a great case. Came from a company called “daily watch” - dailywatch.co/en-au

I assume they are going in your carry on and not the hold luggage ; )
Absolutely. Not letting them out of my sight. Hahahaha

Make it seven. You’ll be wearing one so might as well fill the extra slot!
I did consider that. But don’t wear one to bed and wanted them secure overnight in the case.
Yawn… the Mont Blanc is mildly interesting other wise underwhelming
Thanks for WATCHing
