Heat 4 cups milk, add 1/3 cup sugar and dissolve. Now add half cup coloured sivaya and allow to cook. Once the sivaya are cooked and puffed up, dissolve 2 tbsp corn flour in some water and add a few drops of pink colouring and some rose water. Add this to to milk and add condensed milk and heavy cream. Turn off heat and allow to cool. Cut up fruit of your choice like nectarines, grapes, strawberries etc. You can add dried fruit such as 2 tbsp each of cashews, pistachios, pecans, walnuts. Cut some very small and add in the warm mixture. Wait for rest to cool down and now add the other dried fruit and fresh fruit. You can add red and green jelly. Reserve bits of everything to garnish.
