    In your number counting game as an introvert with an anxiety disorder I would simply not participate. Since the ones that want to participate are allowed to call more than one number. The minimum number of participants needed to count to 10 is two. To be honest when my office decides to do icebreakers I suddenly need to go to the bathroom.
