The official website suggests Node.js 18, but it does not exist, I have tried 18.20.05, and previous, always gives error. You could try to use ChatGPT and give it the eroor message and get pretty good sugestions. Try maybe turn off Windows Defender and firewall and try launching for example. I'm not a real IT guy but more a technician that loves PLC stuff so I'm afraid this is the best advise I can give you. Good Luck!
