Leaded cross is for window glass I should think, as in a stained glass window.

You refer to utubers talking to themselves, it’s the tranquility of solitude I recon .. although you are talking to someone you’re in your inner self .. just perfect 👌🏼

Yes mate that's the beauty of detecting, we can just be in our own head space and quite often end up talking to ourselves in our own heads ✨️🙌.

I found a fragment of a Duke Of Burgundy double patard near Halesworth, Suffolk. Apparently they were accepted coinage in England at the time.

I guess being as they are silver, that they were worth their own weight, so any silver counted. Thank you for the info mate 😊

That first bit of lead was a part of a stained glass window.

I think the cross like lead is part of a leaded window, well that what it looks like to me.

Maybe the silver plate thing was originally set into a wooden box, for engraving initials on.

Thanks for the upload Dan, beautiful french hammered. Also cartwheel pennies usually dated 1799, even tho they were minted for 3 years (I think), the 1799 stayed on the coin. 👍👍

The brass ring could be a bronze age coin. If you see tapped edge's around it.
