No, nothing happens, no hand injuries. only with a revolver from 45 caliber it could lead to injuries

Bull shit ...never grab gun barrel, chances are it will go off . Great if the bullet misses you but the explosive charge and heat generated will destroy your hand very painfully. Typical KM macho show manship. Grab the gun by the grip not the barrel. Theres a reason when shooting a gun you dont hold the barrel..

I cannot let you spread wrong information, you obviously have no or little experience with gun, I have my training partner shoot real rounds while I grab the barrel and nothing happened to your hand. Why are you saying thing like that ? Oh I see you have a French name , so you have probably never see a gun lollll
A gun goes off by pulling the trigger, grabbing the slide does nothing but lock up the gun. Even if it fired it would not be able to cycle and chamber the next round.
