Trains in the 1980s - Network SE 'Rover Day" - 22/04/89

Saturday 22nd April 1989 was a Network South East region "Rover day", where for a small outlay a ticket could be purchased that allowed one to travel over the entire NSE region.
This video was taken whilst hopping from train to train in order to get haulage with as many Class 50s as possible, if memory serves.
Therefore it's a bit disjointed, but I have included captions to try and explain where we were for each shot.
