Hey, just in case you're interested, I have a better bootleg than the one in this video, it has original sounds, but, you can't pull out the switches and it's small.
Seems to me the figurine chest is modeled after a mix Fourze's Elec states and Fire states, that's why there are those triangles and fans

I'm pretty sure the figure is basically Fourze's Elek States just in Base State colors. The head looks like it's from Fire States.
Also, as for what you can do with the belts, maybe 1000° knife them

Judging from the little person on the belt, its supposed to be the status monitor you see on the fourze driver. But i guess they just didnt care enough to design the belt properly

The bootleg reminds me of the official Nadeshiko Driver Colors with the concept that the leg switches are stuck in the belt from that one stage show exclusive rider.

From what I believe with that figure, it's a combination of 3 of Fourze's forms - Base States, Elec States/That's where the lightning bolt comes from, and Fire States/Which is where the helmet & other chest details came from.

Ok let me psycho analyze the Fourze figure because I love his design and this mishmash has desecrated that.
like with every sexy session of psycho analyzing we start with head.
The head is from Fire states but they painted it in base form colours
The right arm is just a re-designed version of the original, the adaptor units are a bit too small. And since the leg had the exact same thing going on I'll just mention it here that the leg also feels a bit redesigned, could be an altered version of the sofubi but I can't say that definitively.
The left arm feel like a sofubi mould but they stuck the rocket on it, didn't even try to make it attached naturally at the elbow
And now to the main course that is the torso and waist
The torso seems to be a combination of both Fire and Elek states, allow me to explain.
The circles near his collar area comes from Elek states although it could've been pushed up
The triangles are essentially the circle things in Elek but this time its a Fire states bits, and if you can see there's a waxy pattern near the base of the neck, that's from Fire states, and as to the lightning bolt design its not from a separate character, that's the suit patten for Elek states
Individually I love Fourze's forms and this mashup could be cool but not like this, also Elek states worst form, sorry not sorry, good suit, the face sucks, even worse than Cosmic, and that face is bad. Fire states by far the most handsome Fourze form helmet

I've never been a fan of the fourze driver I always thought it has too many gimmicks and the design is not that good to me I don't hate it but you know it's not my favorite but the series itself is very good
