Copex S-Wing 1000 and lots of other scrapyard stuff - Part two

Our Copex shear baling, shearing heavy steel and aluminium. The Sennebogens working, an 825E with electro magnet and the 830E with a five time grab - my mobile office. Hauliers tipping, others loading for Liverpool, a bit of everything really. Unfortunately, if I have material in to process then making videos isn’t my top priority so it’s taken a while to compile this one.

Mark! How did you get splattered with all of that? Any video you put together for us, is always top class. I´m glad you´re busy and your business is thriving. Love watching the shear cutting. How metal goes in, and submits to being cut up by other metal. Not sure that sounds right, but I´m sure all know what I mean. The power is amazing!

I'd been pressure washing under the weighbridge to get the dirt out that freezes in winter and stops the weighbridge from working accurately.

How many hours, time period do a set of shear blades last on this type of material ?

I don't know, we're still on the original side, it will depend on what you shear and how much.

I don't know Adrian, I see some very tidy yards in Europe on Instagram, block paved even.
