The fact is Ahmad Raza Qasuri’s father was murdered. Zulfiqar Bhutto had set up a torture camp at Dulai near Muzaffarabad to torture & kill his political opponents using FSF. The fact is Bhutto was an ambitious, evil, egoistic & vindictive man. The motive of murder seems to be political victimization to avenge an upright courageous member of PPP who stood up to him and openly criticized Bhutto’s shortcomings in public. The court members have not commented or shown any sympathy to the son of a murdered individual.

Yeah examine the history of the country going back as many years as you may. Unfortunately we have grave issues facing us TODAY. These issues threaten our future and existence. Even God can't change the past. But the SC hasn't the time or the inclination to engage with her primary duty to dispense justice today. Proceeding are a diversion and a hinderance.

Bhutto was an abettor not an actual murderer. So, as per criminal law he should have been sentenced to seven years imprisonment not death sentence . He raised FSF to counter military coupe against his regime but his intolerance of opposing him lead him to use that to supress his relatively weak opposition . I am personal witness of FSF excess use of power back in 1975 in Muzaffarabad when late Sardar Qayyum then president of AJK was toppled from power through horse trading and was ascorted by FSF to Rawalpindi to put him in jail. . Bhutto had made many blunders during his power holding early elections in 1977 and rigging it was one of them as he could have won without it but he did so to get two third majority to amend constitution to change democratic system to Presidential one according to rtd general chishti. CJ should have concentrate to resolve other constitutional issues pakistan is undergoing through instead of waisting time in raking up past . He is the prime culprit of cruurent political crisis in Pakistan as instead of resigning at his foolish decision of over ruling Lahore High court decision to not hold election under bureaucracy and now we see how brazenly the mandate of people of Pakistan was stolen under the ROS in league with secert agencies on Feb 8 election. Qasoori sab is a brave and eloquent and competent lawyer who had full command in english and is not letting him/ CJ to keep interfering during argument as he woukd do in his past hearings. Well done Qasoori sab keep on ur arguments with such an impressive way.
You cannot convict unless you have evidence which beyond a reasonable doubt. Do you know for fact that Bhutto was abettor? Please go to Supreme Court and present your evidence. Shut the hell up if you don't have any evidence and your statement is based on assumptions.
