Master, I have a sister that was so angry after a bad breakup that she was emotionally distraught over.. sad and angry.. so I told her to get a piece of paper and write down all of her thoughts... feelings as if she was saying it to that person... even in an ANGRY FONT; let the handwriting represent those feelings as well. After that I told her to wait 10 minutes and read it OUT LOUD the way it is physically written. Wait 30 minutes after that and then SING it OUT LOUD the way it is written. She laughed almost beginning to end as she sang a whole melody of curse words!! We all laughed ourselves silly!! But it was definitely something that made her decide to think of her own happiness and well being. And everything is a choice. No guilt. The Universe ALWAYS has your back. 😊

2:02! I have a question! I’ve been doing this awakening journey for a while, practising my meditations ext. now regarding manifestations, I get so conflicted because you’re supposed to set your intentions & let it go. But at the same time you’re supposed to put effort & actions towards your goal/what you want to manifest. & I feel like it kinda contradicts. For example let’s say there’s a specific job you want to manifest, would you just visualize or any other method’s & completely forget about the job. Or do you make the effort to apply, upgrade your skills for that particular job 🤦🏾♀️
Lets say that you want a job! Then be specific about it. What kind of job, where, how mutch money per mounth. Set intention. Visualize the place and be the one walking around there. Then make action like apply for the job you want, in that area, ect. To help out you can whrite it down like: I am so happy and greatful now that i have bl, bla, bla. Many people think that they can just wish and visualize. Action is needed. Also stay fokuced and see the signs that guides you to your intenstion. Like places, people, numbers, clock ect. Go

I used the pillow method during my primary school, high school and university years, I don't even remember who told me that, but someone told me the knowlegde will come from the book into my head. Believe me it always worked. I have passed evey single exam in my life.

@@MyaGlores no. Not immediately but it will eventually. But you had to align with what you want from the universe for you to receive it. Cause the universe only gives you what you expect from it. And you have to be in the flow!.
