Guys let me give you tips
1:wash your hair with cold water
2:don't use shampoo or conditioner only soap
3:take biotin tablets 2 times a day (morning and after dinner)
4:use parachute coconut oil once a week
5:eat some (dates dry fruit) per day

U can use curd and coffee before shower (min 1h) than rinse off with water not shampoo
In 1 week 3 times and see the result
