I watch this channel because I love the craftsmanship and how they evolve over the years. Long videos provide literally the most detailed information about what the coach has, how was built and how those specs make it unique. Forget the haters and focus on us that enjoy these videos.
Although I don't always enjoyed your folksy presentations it is very clear to me that you have a sincere desire to offer the best, you are a successful businessman, and clearly an all around good human being. I watch every presentation you offer, more than any other RV presenter.

Chuck, don't let the haters get to you. I have watched several of your videos and feel you do a excellent job. I was in the military/law enforcement for over thirty years and was a instructor where I taught instructor classes train the trainer. I use to tell my instructors not all content is created equal. Don’t be afraid to repeat yourself to emphasise particularly high-value nuggets of information. You definitely sold me on one heck of a nugget. Good job. God bless, and keep up the good work.

The only thing I did not like about this coach is that it did not have a door that separated the front from the back. The shower looked like it was on display for all to see. Otherwise it was beautiful.
I really enjoy your videos about these motor homes, even thought I will never be able to afford one. They are informative and gives a great deal of information that most people never realized. You must be yourself and most people enjoy your presentation. Unfortunately there are a lot of people who have access to the internet that make comments just to rile people up and get responses. These people need affirmation for their existence and would never make these comments to your face. I am sure that your business is successful, so there is no need to change your style to suit a faceless person who would never visit your establishment. Keep on keeping on.
Let the "negative nellys" say what they will. You are down to earth, you obviously have a true passion for the coaches you sell, you make it a point to be upfront and transparent about every aspect of the coach, and you're willing to put yourself front and center to sell these mechanical pieces of heaven. These are a few of the qualities that, (when God willing) will bring me to your front door first to buy a coach when there are hundreds of other companies out there that are much closer and probably cheaper. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". I have no doubt that I could spend the rest if my life cruising this beautiful country and enjoying every second of it in a way that only IWS could provide. Keep doing what you do, but most importantly, do it in a way that makes YOU content. Thanks for the videos!

I actually love the interior colors and the wood. It makes the living quarters feel a bit like a modern log cabin you'd find out in the middle of the country, miles from the nearest town.

Your videos are VERY well done, DON’T change your delivery for the haters. Some people just want to see the world burn. You could hub them a twenty pound solid gold bar and they would gripe about a thumb print smudging the shine on that spot. If i was to ever get one of these i would prefer a modern look, but i can appreciate the beauty of this coach. It would definitely b an awesome way to travel. Kudos to you on your beautiful rig. Don't worry what complaining people say in the comments. There will ALWAYS be complainers. Ya'll are doing a fantastic job with your videos! Personally, I love the detailed vids. It answers so many questions! Trust me..as soon as you stop making them detailed..the same people that complained your videos were too long will now complain you don't explain enough. As an owner of several class A motorhomes, both gas and diesel pushers, I can say that you are spot on about the chassis capacity and how most manufacturers are doing the typical RVer a huge disservice. I wish that I had bought one of these units, it would have saved me hundreds of thousands over the years. I bought too many coaches from Newmar, Monaco, Thor, etc. Each one was built poorly with the cheapest components. Workmanship and craftsmanship don't exist in their vocabularies. Make them cheap and fast is all their motto. Each new coach spent at least 45 to 60 days in the first year back at the dealer for warranty work. Many times the repairs were as bad as the original work and had to be redone 2 or 3 times over.
You Sir did an Outstanding job... i have been watching your video's for a while and never found a problem with them. This one made me want to add this coach to my short list for my next coach..
Just wanted to say you’re doing a great job! I haven’t seen many reviews of motorhomes that are as detailed and informative as yours. So, don’t get wrapped up on people’s comments on TH-cam. Even if you do exactly as requested someone will always find something to complain about. Keep up the good work👍🏼

I have to tell you - I have watched several of your VLOGs. I really like the fact that you are not pretentious. Somehow you explain things more clearly to my ears, than glossy descriptions of others. My intuition about you is that you are straight-up and honest. And I am generally a good judge of character. I actually prefer the motor coach look, but I keep coming back and listening to you. The way you describe in detail and point out that the systems are over-built - it gives me the impression that I would have less trouble and breakdowns with you units than the excessive electrical circuits of others. If that is what you are intending to purvey, then you are succeeding in my book. Thank you. I don't need a "BMW" that needs to be in the shop every 2 weeks. You might want to cite reliability of your units if you have any stats. Again, thank you.

My father he always taught me the wonderful things about camping he taught me how to do it this and how to doing the right things and be careful and he always taught me the greatest things about camping he passed away on August 22nd 2017. I truly miss him but now this is the time of my life and with my girlfriend weird looking forward I'm purchasing a the best RV up there in Idaho and I'm looking forward to talking to you sir thank you and keep up the good work
I really enjoy your walk-through's and, like many others, think that you shouldn't worry about the haters. They'll always find something. I like your idea of producing a couple of detail videos that speak to parts of the rig that are generally common. For example, the cab functionality of the various Freightliners, details on how the aqua-hot works, etc. I think that your genuineness comes through on your videos and plan to come visit you soon. I always like to see a shot of the interior with the slides closed. That way you can see how much walk room and what you can get to while on the road. You can not pull the slides out at a way side or most wallmarts. I like the way you do your videos. Don't change except add the interior shot.

I enjoyed your tour of the Renegade 2019, stock #7848. I am a full time camper , just me and my Golden Retriever. We have been doing this for three years now and love it. We started with a 35 Travel Trailer just in case I didn't like it I wouldn't have a lot of money invested. A class "C" is the direction we seem to want to go with three slides. I totally agree that the freedom on the road to stop where and when you want to is awesome. I will continue to keep track of IWS and give this some more thought on what works best for us....... You do the best most sincere demo of the motor homes I have ever watched. I agree with the 278 over comments that beat me to saying you do an awesome job, haters are going to hate, mean people suck. Explaining that the coach is for the buyer and you will set it up for them and the need to do that multiple times in a video is sad but so many people do not listen or watch more than a blurp and think they already know more than the people that use these every week. Your explanations of the options are not the hard sale some site do and I appreciate that. The coaches are pretty. I would have a hard time on the outside, I do not like a busy design, do not like a plain one paint and dislike pin stripes so for me that would be my hardest decision, sadly.

Sir, sometime in the not too distance future, I hope to purchase an RV to live out of full-time. This “RV” would be incredibly PERFECT. I LOVE THE WAY TOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY OVER ENGINEERED EVERYTHING!! The DOZENS of useful and thoughtful options and just basic parts of this unit are amazing. The only thing I would like to know is, as this one is configured, what is the (even approximate) cost, please. I can’t afford it now, but will,be able to in a few years. First off. I like the front engine design with the rad in front. Gives better engine cooling so you can run it a bit harder as opposed to a pusher motor bus chassis and the dual locking axles. Second. I really like the detailing of this unit. You guys did a great job on it. And third. I think you did a great job presenting it!

Light switches, raising the shades, and turning on outside cameras on the TV if you are lying down should be easy to reach while lying down so you don't have to sit upright. Is that the way they work?
Wow, I like the truck. 80.000 pounds is about 36.287kg. In Australia you need a minimum heavy rigid licence or Heavy Combination licence or a Multi Combination licence to drive a 3 axle. And you need to own an oil refinery to run your vehicle lol. 150 gallons 567.8118 or under 567 litres. That's a lot water. That muffler won't pass in Australia it needs to bend inwards and down behind the wall, facing toward the ground. You are such a wonderful Host. Thank you.

As a former truck driver I will say the ride quality on a tandem axle is significantly better then single. Also helps in strong cross winds.

Anyone who criticizes this coach u dont need to bother with they will never b able to afford one, so their opinion shouldnt bother u. If i was to ever get one of these i would prefer a modern look, but i can appreciate the beauty of this coach. It would definitely b an awesome way to travel. Kudos to you on your beautiful rig. U r doing a good job on your narration!
Your videos, besides everything good everyone else has said here, are also very relaxing. Your calm way of explaining and showing everything helps me wind down and relax. If I had the money, I would be a proud customer!

Don't worry what complaining people say in the comments. There will ALWAYS be complainers. Ya'll are doing a fantastic job with your videos! Personally, I love the detailed vids. It answers so many questions! Trust me..as soon as you stop making them detailed..the same people that complained your videos were too long will now complain you don't explain enough. As an owner of several class A motorhomes, both gas and diesel pushers, I can say that you are spot on about the chassis capacity and how most manufacturers are doing the typical RVer a huge disservice. I wish that I had bought one of these units, it would have saved me hundreds of thousands over the years. I bought too many coaches from Newmar, Monaco, Thor, etc. Each one was built poorly with the cheapest components. Workmanship and craftsmanship don't exist in their vocabularies. Make them cheap and fast is all their motto. Each new coach spent at least 45 to 60 days in the first year back at the dealer for warranty work. Many times the repairs were as bad as the original work and had to be redone 2 or 3 times over.
You Sir did an Outstanding job... i have been watching your video's for a while and never found a problem with them. This one made me want to add this coach to my short list for my next coach..

I have to tell you - I have watched several of your VLOGs. I really like the fact that you are not pretentious. Somehow you explain things more clearly to my ears, than glossy descriptions of others. My intuition about you is that you are straight-up and honest. And I am generally a good judge of character. I actually prefer the motor coach look, but I keep coming back and listening to you. The way you describe in detail and point out that the systems are over-built - it gives me the impression that I would have less trouble and breakdowns with you units than the excessive electrical circuits of others. If that is what you are intending to purvey, then you are succeeding in my book. Thank you. I don't need a "BMW" that needs to be in the shop every 2 weeks. You might want to cite reliability of your units if you have any stats. Again, thank you.

My father he always taught me the wonderful things about camping he taught me how to do it this and how to doing the right things and be careful and he always taught me the greatest things about camping he passed away on August 22nd 2017. I always like to see a shot of the interior with the slides closed. That way you can see how much walk room and what you can get to while on the road. You can not pull the slides out at a way side or most wallmarts. I like the way you do your videos. Don't change except add the interior shot.

A class "C" is the direction we seem to want to go with three slides. I totally agree that the freedom on the
road to stop where and when you want to is awesome.

You do the best most sincere demo of the motor homes I have ever watched. I agree with the 278 over comments that beat me to saying you do an awesome job, haters are going to hate, mean people suck. Explaining that the coach is for the buyer and you will set it up for them and the need to do that multiple times in a video is sad but so many people do not listen or watch more than a blurp and think they already know more than the people that use these every week. Your explanations of the options are not the hard sale some site do and I appreciate that. The coaches are pretty. I would have a hard time on the outside, I do not like a busy design, do not like a plain one paint and dislike pin stripes so for me that would be my hardest decision, sadly.

Sir, sometime in the not too distance future, I hope to purchase an RV to live out of full-time. This “RV” would be incredibly PERFECT. I LOVE THE WAY TOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY OVER ENGINEERED EVERYTHING!! The DOZENS of useful and thoughtful options and just basic parts of this unit are amazing.
The only thing I would like to know is, as this one is configured, what is the (even approximate) cost, please. I can’t afford it now, but will,be able to in a few years.

First off. I like the front engine design with the rad in front. Gives better engine cooling so you can run it a bit harder as opposed to a pusher motor bus chassis and the dual locking axles.
Second. I really like the detailing of this unit. You guys did a great job on it.

Light switches, raising the shades, and turning on outside cameras on the TV if you are lying down should be easy to reach while lying down so you don't have to sit upright. Is that the way they work?

Wow, I like the truck. 80.000 pounds is about 36.287kg. In Australia you need a minimum heavy rigid licence or Heavy Combination licence or a Multi Combination licence to drive a 3 axle. And you need to own an oil refinery to run your vehicle lol. 150 gallons 567.8118 or under 567 litres. That's a lot water. That muffler won't pass in Australia it needs to bend inwards and down behind the wall, facing toward the ground. You are such a wonderful Host. Thank you.
