The Kurdish people are some tuff humans. Wouldn't want to try to keep them under a thumb! Their women are fierce fighters!! Good they are FREE. US should give them all the support they need to keep defeating ISIS. No one else over there is doing what the Kurds are...I applaud the Kurds~~Woo Hoo!!

The Kurds are an honourable people and can be trusted, as they keep their word. Unlike most other middle eastern countries. They respect their women, again unlike other middle eastern countries. They have been suppressed by other ethnic groups unfairly, and it would benefit the world to have a powerful sovereign Kurdish nation providing stability & security in the region.

Ahem.."they respect their women". People, please tell them how they actually treat their women. How FGM is an exclusively Kurdish phenomenon in this area, and how they are the main perpetrators of honor killings.

they are being used in the same way Bosnians and albanians were used to break up yugoslavia. ..
go research the greater kurdistan project its apart of the greater israel project and the oded yinon plan. ..
this has been the plan since the 80s and it has absolutely nothing to do with rights or kurds its purely geopolitical wich favors oil , gas pipelines and weakening any country in the middle east opposed to Israel and America

i thought minority kurds was living ther since ages and its their territory for centuries, i think kurds was just a conquered people integrated to iraq, but iraq failed to protect them to ISIS. Dont get me wrong, im just and outsider but i feel Kurds deserve to rule themselves after fighting ISIS and that iraq republic failed them misserably.
      just my opinion.

    • @whou2952
      @whou2952 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pilap S kurds are Persians
they come from iran they literally have no place in iraq
      the proof is their language
northern iraq belongs to real conquered people the assyrians
every ancient site belongs to them
honestly you have no idea what you are talking about
try understanding the history of the middle east before you go forming an opinion
the iraqi army army liberated way more areas then the kurds ever did.
looks like you dont know both your history and current affairs

Yes, if they are willing to burying many of their people, because it's probably gonna come down to a fight. Lets face it, what you need is to convince at least two countries do a land severance to create Kurdistan. That usually doesn't go over too well in negotiations.

If they stand to become an independent from other part Iraqi regions who sees them selves an Arab clan why not kurdish, in a fact Kurdish people voted to become an independent state and they are right like that way I'm Ahmedyasin sh cumar From Somaliland I have been studying my masters degree global studies and international relations and I learn't alot from this field, I realized that the leading powers lied and broke the laws of what they call Government, if you go some countries with have a name recognized state but doesn't have a functioning government for the last 30 yrs (Failed state) like Somalia, comparing Somaliland British proctrate, having a permanent population, defined territory broke away from Somalia 1991 built a democratic government, lived peace and prosperity,, for the last 29 years they have a functioning Government and proclaimed as an independent state and not be a part from other violent Somalia but the world leaders lied to recognize even if they fill all the creteria needed to be a state, so why not Somaliland, I do believe that the Somaliland government and it's people have the right to have a state of there own.
