Wow, this template is so well thought out & organized, it’s one of the best reading tracker templates I’ve come across. I especially like the book club & favourites pages. My reading tracker just has a basic board view of my to-read, reading & completed books 😅. Meanwhile, I can see this template inspiring me to read even more ❤.
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you liked the template. It’s awesome to hear that it might inspire you to read more. Your reading tracker board view is a great start-sometimes simplicity is all you need, but I'm happy this template could give you new ideas! 💕
Thank you for making such a wonderful template! It is so awesome and clever. Just one thing is that I listen to audiobooks quite a lot as well, but I do not know how to track the progress on reading logs for audiobooks that tracks the book progress as it is in minutes/hours listened to rather than actual pages. Otherwise, this template is one of the best I've ever seen and tried!
Thank you so much for your kind words and for purchasing my Notion Reading Tracker! 😊 To track progress for audiobooks in minutes instead of pages, you can input in the Duration (minutes) property in the reading log. Then, in the book database, you can create new properties such as Total Minutes and Current Minutes to log the audiobook's length and your progress. You can also adjust the progress formula to reflect this. Feel free to contact me via email, and I’d be happy to guide you step-by-step on how to add this custom progress feature to your tracker.
Hi, first create a relation property between the book database and the genre, whenever you input a new book, relate it to its genre and in the genre itself, I use this formula, so it will get how many books are related to that specific genre. lets( books, prop("Books").filter(current.prop("Book title")).length(), ifs( books == 0, "", books == 1, books + " book", books + " books" ) )
How did you do the reading log? Because I likerd that part, but with the formula of the duration of the bookks and the pages read I don't know how to do it.
And on the other hand, I dont' know hoy you did this on the book page [20/320] to make it come out like this. And forgive me for sending you, so many messages of doubts.
For the page progress, I added two number properties as total page and another one is for current pages, then I added a new formula property to combine and style them. lets( totalPages, prop("Total pages"), currentPage, prop("Current page"), style("[ " + currentPage + "/" + totalPages + " Pages ]", "gray") )

Could you do a tutorial on how you did all that?mBecause I want to make one lik yours but in my own way. I don't know if I¡ve explained myself.
Hi, I might do a Notion tutorial in the future on how to create a reading journal, so stay tuned 😊
How have you done the formula of total books in genres?
Hi, first create a relation property between the book database and the genre, whenever you input a new book, relate it to its genre and in the genre itself, I use this formula, so it will get how many books are related to that specific genre.
lets(
books, prop("Books").filter(current.prop("Book title")).length(),
ifs(
books == 0, "",
books == 1, books + " book",
books + " books"
)
)

How did you make the formula know your favorite gender please?
Hi, I might make a tutorial video in the future on how to create reading tracker in Notion. so, stay tuned :)
Do you know why I get an error when I try to apply all the formulas in the reading summary?
@@LuciaSerranoMaza hi, feel free to share your formula here, I’ll check it for you
Where is daily log?? Because I can’t find it
