1. Take 2 raw mango pulp cooked in cooker until 3 - 4 whistles. 2. Take a mixer jar and add the mango pulp to it, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp black salt, salt to taste, 1 tsp pudina leaves, 1/2 tsp sugar. Grind them and make a fine paste. You can store this paste in refrigerator and can use upto 1 week. 3. Now take a glass add 2 tdp of paste to it then add cold water and ice to it. Add pinch of cumin powder, chaat masala,black salt. Serve it chilled
