Sir, In SBI application form, I didn't fill my surname because all my documents have my name as "surname firstname" but when I filled it in the application form, it was "firstname surname". The surname was optional, so I filled only first name as I didn't know if the reverse in surname and firstname will be a problem. I am afraid that It may be a problem in DV. Will it be a problem?
