Witnesses in this case have been amazing. BP training agent Lara was fabulous, his voice & mannerisms throughout his testimony & finally ending up in tears made me believe that he was reliving that day in his mind.
Wow that Boarder patrol who broke down on this case. Deserves a lot of credit. He witnessed a lot that day. God bless him. This case breaks my heart. 💜💜💜💜💜
Him moving her body like that was his way of “justifying” anything that may be on him from when he committed the crime! He manipulated the entire scene for that reason.. What a POS!!
These BP agents are so good and so believable. I’m glad we have men like them protecting our boarders. I’m also glad Ronald is locked up and never getting out.
I feel that the Border Patrol officer was doing his best to try to maintain his composure. That poor guy was dealing with quite a trauma from this case. My heart goes out to him.
Lara, runs to actually check Grizelda, calls in all info, follows commands correctly and noticed his shady little shit of a supervisors behaviour and is badly affected by all this like a totally normal human man. What a good man to have on your side, RIP Grizelda and baby boy, Dominic 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Right!? And I’m Also thinking.. SUPERVISOR Burgos is there first, sees victim, calls Lara, and when Lara comes up, minutes later, Supervisor is just standing there by the vehicle, not checking on the victim, just standing there, and Lara runs over to do what supervisor should’ve!
I love 💕 Agent Lara and Dennison , Officer Reyes all of these folks are consummate professionals. They are empathetic, honest , good salt of the Earth 🌍 people. Burgos Aviles is a huge pos w a broken soul.He makes me sick to my guts. The murders as well as him telling his other baby to shut up and go to bed, telling him he was a little sh!t. Who does that? Who records that abuse? Like he is proud to be violent and cruel to babies. Creep needs his scrawny neck wrung I’d love to do it myself
I am shocked at the smile/smirk and wave from Burgos to his former neighbor/workmate. This guy is so brazen and with no fear of the judge or court. Nothing humble’s a narcissist, not even the death penalty.
Thank you G for covering this case, and thank you Fury for comforting your mommy. Also, I hope we are able to find out what was possibly in the syringe and at some point are able to view the footage of Burgos from back seat of patrol car.
The strength of these men, who I'm sure are fathers themselves, to get up there and be so professional just blows my mind. BP Agents see a lot of horrible things. You can see BP Agent Francisco is the kind of guy that has a big heart, takes pride in his profession and had a strong bond with his fellow officers. These people will never be the same, my heart aches for them all. This is one of the hardest cases I've ever watched.
It has been amazing to see the hand of God working in this and Lieticia's case. Putting people in the right place at just the right time to expose these horrific murderers. And this case has just begun...!
The most glaringly obvious thing that connects him to this whole thing is that he calls it in and doesn’t say he knows them. Did he not think that they’d ever discover it’s his child?! It’s his child yet he didn’t claim to know them?! Guilty.
Oh, well that’s easy. They called Anjelica, Griselda’s sister to tell her the car was abandoned. She said no it’s not, her sister is at that park meeting… Ronald. By 6:30, that would’ve definitely been known.
What if she had not borrowing her sister's car that day and told her sister she was meeting him?? His plan of accidentally coming across her body might have worked.😢
No matter what he did or didn't so he would have become a suspect bc of the ridiculous technology trail he left in his inboxes. He would have been caught no matter what..... Idk what made him think this would work and howw he could ever ever do that to any child let alone his own. Or a human. All this bc he didn't want to admit to him wife he had a child and didn't want to pay for a child he made. Ok well now you'll spend life in prison and likely be absurd severely for what he did to a child
"We're supposed to be the good guys!" That's the quote of the day! William Boggs' cross of Agent Lara is a perfect example of a cross gone wrong. Defense intended to destroy the witness' credibility and now the jury feels for the witness big time. Take that, Boggsy Boi! Sometimes it's just better, not to cross at all.
Eh. It happens a lot, at tons of trials. Did you watch Nicholas Cruz sentencing?? Felt super gross too. In his though, at one point, the defense attorney was giggling with him, and then tried to secretively flip the bird at the judge!!
Just found your channel and I must say it is refreshing to have you explain things as questioning goes on but you don't talk the whole time as some other channels do. I am subscribing!
I think that you are an absolutely fantastic host, you dont interup but at the same time you recap for us as. Thank you for your excellent work in presenting this court hearing for us.❤😊 I love 0fficer Lara, he should definitely be promoted, he had true empathy, sincerity integrity, as well as keeping professional. I felt a high regard for all the witnesses. Deepest heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the family and friends of the two victims, such a terrible tragedy 💌💐😪
How could someone kill such a precious little baby. And a beautiful woman. She just wanted to take care of her kids. She wanted to be a nurse to help people.
I’ve only recently discovered Grizzly True Crime and I must say I LOVE your coverage. You are the best! (You mentioned your husbands channel…my son is a pilot) and I wanted to find his as well… can you give his channel again?
Just sad the way the defence lawyer is trying to ridicule the witness. Normally witnesses are interviewed a few times because always something can come up later. Like Dennison said he noticed the odd behaviour but gave it another explanation. And Burgos was the supervisor at that moment. For everybody working with Burgos it must have been a huge shock
I lost a child in a very chaotic scene and as the details emerge sometimes it takes days to even wrap your mind around everything because to normal people this is not normal so we dont immediately think of nefarious activities or what looks suspicious until we have had time to reflect
So as the details emerged they then had time to go oh now that makes sense of why he was doing things but initially of ourselves they thought different who would think oh my boss murdered these 2 people
@jenc8218 sorry for your loss. I think people don’t realize that witnesses at a crime scenes don’t necessarily process something so traumatic until much later. I had a 3 year old cousin who passed due to physical abuse by her mom and I was the main witness to the crime, at the time I was 10. I’m 40yrs old now and I get snippets of things that happened that I blocked out. It sucks because I wish I could have recalled some important details that come to me when I think about my cousin.
agent Lara has a big big heart and i feel him very much! i`m so hurt how they tried to portray him. A man who shows his true feelings has my respect. every time i see his testimony, i break down. you are honored that people like him are doing this important work with their heart and soul. what a man, lara, husband, father, and more.
Thank God part 2 popped up after I'm home from work now. I tries looking so much yesterday for part 2 after I watched part 1 and I couldn't even find it to save My life.
I get what the defense is doing, they’re trying to save their clients life. But I KNEW, I KNEW they were going to bring up the fact that someone who was there longer than their client, wasn’t a supervisor.
Thats all they can do at this point… is to try to get life in prison over the death penalty. They have nothing to work with - the evidence is overwhelming. Maybe thats why he looks so bored and wirhdrawn covering his mouth etc during testimony… bc he KNOWS hes never going to be a free man again.
Why do they always ask for a mistrial when people show emotion. Especially from the family. A woman and baby was brutally murdered that they love and miss!
This first border patrol officer wouldn't put his observations of his commander for just that. It was his commander. He didn't put it together until he was very quickly identified as a suspect. Of course it wouldn't connect in his brain until more info came in. Awesome how they identified him so quickly!
He’s the most senior person there, and his inactivity presents a challenge to his subordinates: they have to overstep their authority. His presence as a senior officer hinders the others.
GASP..request for a Mistrial 😲 Shew, that was an intense couple of minutes 😳 Yo..I'm legit having anxiety!! Eeeek..I'm gonna have to make some Chamomile Tea 🍵 lol (Also, thank God the Judge denied it) Gold Star for Judge Lopez ..⭐️ lol
I believe part of the reason the defendant returned to the scene of the crime was also bc he got a thrill out of watching the events unfold, after the disaster he created. Just like how there was a firefighter John Leonard Orr, in California that was a serial arsonist and would return to the scene of the fire he created. He set over 2,000 fires.
We’ll be saying the same at the end of BK’s trail. He drove straight back from His Apt. to the scene of the crime to get a looksey around 9:15a. He couldn’t resist, and in his excitement, he left his phone on. Stayed 10mins and left. It’s a God-wink that 911 had not been called, yet. He places Himself back at the scene, when no one else had been alerted. The perpetrators that PLAN always return to see the chaos that ensues.
2:38:10 Even before this witness, I thought it was locked in… but no words just keeps getting worse and there is not even any big machinery large enough to dig him out of his own hell hole, he’s so deep he’s next to earths core
I think he wanted to go back and move the body, maybe to the water. It probably dawned on him during his shower that they would put in together to her, but he was too late. The hand of GOD
Or… he got back to take shower and realized he was missing some belt hook things … and needed to go back and get them! Which wld explain him driving so fast back to scene of crime - he obv didnt realize Dennison wld be there then. At that point he knew he had left evidence he was “there” so he had to act fast and “discover” the bodies to hopefully compromise the scene… so that wld explain any of his dna or hooks etc left there.
They've had 6 years to find out what he injected his son with, obviously it was something to paralyse the poor little boy what a great father he was ,he deserves the death penalty if you ask me.
Unfortunately it’s not that easy. Think about how many substances could possibly cause necrosis, from some sort of venom or poison, to household cleaners, to a pharmaceutical drug of some sort, it could go on and on and on. They’d have to test hundreds of thousands of substances. It’s just not as easy as it seems.
Todays recap : Officer Lara showed more emotion over those victims than that POS sitting at the defense table covering his mouth the whole time. (Sign of guilt btw/hiding). Also, I believe the defense team strategy is to be the most incompetent ineffective counsel team they can possibly be. So he will get a retrial down the road. This is all a waste of time. A smuggler would have no interest in killing them. They'd sooner kill a BPO and they sure as heck wouldn't retreat if they got that far. Burgos had a vested interest in killing both. I pray he never has to see anything like this again
Awe it really bothered the guys under him my heart is with them I really hate that pos how do these men really think they are going to get away with it. What he did is unforgivable and then previously hurting an innocent baby
Griselda is so beautiful. Her little dimples make me feel like her laugh was wonderful to hear. I can't imagine how hard this is for her family. Sending all of my sincerest sympathies and love.
Totally ridiculous case.. blatantly guilty, how dare he plead not guilty.. vile human being.. the Jury will reach a verdict within minutes.. they’ll delay the verdict for a while so it looks like they are debating.. He does deserve the death penalty but will probably get life and no parole.
Defense gave witness a transcript that didn’t have the testimony about suspect dragging his feet. When offense gives witness the transcript that does have the statement about suspect dragging his feet, Defense immediately objects.
Yet another brilliant witness, I really feel for Agent B Dennison the trauma all over again.. He does, like others said deserves to be a leader and get a premonition,!!
The chatty Cathy attorney who keeps leaning into lover boy to whisper sweet nothings to him is giving me Jim Carrey as The Grinch flashbacks. Anyone else?

Mr. Lara must have daughters and grandchildren. He feels the pain . I would too. Terrible crime !!!!
G, you are amazing!
The paperwork a jury has to fill out also take a little while too. It’ll take longer to fill it out than come to an agreed upon verdict!
Love it….. a judge with personality
This is so frustrating!
Defense gave witness a transcript that didn’t have the testimony about suspect dragging his feet. When offense gives witness the transcript that does have the statement about suspect dragging his feet, Defense immediately objects.
This defense counsel is an odd bunch to say the least! 🥴
I like how loud this Attorney speaks👏
I like Dennison. He is a good witness. 😊
Maybe Homeland BP Agencies should now include a budget for Body Cams; maybe there is a reason they don’t, if so I sure would like to know why.
Does anyone know if we will get to hear from his wife as a witness??
I doubt it. She can't add anything to his innocence nor to his guilt because she had no knowledge of any of this until after the fact.
We just lost our baby of 14 years! He looks just like your baby! He is so beautiful!
ss
Hugs to you. I have grandchildren and can't imagine that pain. I'm so sorry!
Yet another brilliant witness, I really feel for Agent B Dennison the trauma all over again.. He does, like others said deserves to be a leader and get a premonition,!!
Promotion maybe?
your face when the second patrol stated his name!😂😂😂😂
BPA Lara is awesome!!! God Bless him !!!! I am so surprised he didn’t throw them in the River feet away . 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
New here!! Been trying to catch up with your previous live streams.. I love your channel
The chatty Cathy attorney who keeps leaning into lover boy to whisper sweet nothings to him is giving me Jim Carrey as The Grinch flashbacks. Anyone else?
