omg in the past three years, i've gone three times! once with band in the disneyland parade, another with band but backstage, and the third was choir backstage. those were definitley the BEST memories of junior high! hehe i remember with choir, the lady teaching us had us run around the room while singing, and we all wished P.E. could be like this every day! AH it was just the most amazing time...thank you disneyland!!!!
I'm proud to say that I have been a guest performer at Disneyland!
When I was in marching band in high school we marched and played down Main Street USA!
Wow you're lucky it must have been a fantastic experience I'm sure you'll never forget it.
Douglas Roth I certainly won't. And here's the kicker: It was a school day and while the rest of the students were in class, we were loading on buses, going to Disneyland, haha!
It was definitely cool and I vaguely remember marching (walking at that point) through some of the "backstage" areas.
The other thing we got to do was that we, along with several other marching bands from So. Cal., played the National Anthem on the field at Dodger Stadium for the home opener in 1981. And, of course, a lot of competition Marching band reviews in So. Cal. on many weekends in the first semester! I did Jazz Band in the second semester.....tons of fun throughout the year!

I performed at DCA twice during middle school. It was awesome!
7th Grade in School (2006) was ugh but in Dancing, it was considered my greatest year. I was in a dance team and I got to perform at Disneyland at the once-called Plaza Gardens. It was special because I got to experience going behind the theme park. We got to take a very memorable picture. It also helped me get to know my other dance team members despite all of them being girls once we were free to do whatever in the park. Thank you Disneyland for this wonderful experience.
My choir had the chance to perform back in April. It was amazing, and our Cast Member was so nice :)
Got the opportunity to do this in my junior year in high school in choir and it was such a fun experience going behind the scenes at Disneyland and then performing. If any of you get the chance to do this, it is really worth it =)
Every year my high school choir goes to EPCOT and preforms in the Candlelight Processional. It's a blast!
Marched at Disneyland Junior and Senior year of high school, and I loved every moment! From backstage to marching the parade route, then the rest of the day at Disney!
Did this at Walt Disney World, New Years 2010, with my marching band and it was one of the most amazing experiences.
I was a guest preformer at Disneyland this year! I preformed with my dance company! It was amazing!
I did that with my school's orchestra my freshman and sophomore year of high school and it was so awesome! I loved it :)
I traveled to Disneyland with my high school band and dance team and we got to do a workshop and practice how to audition to be a character performer, truly great experience!
I got to perform there with my high school this past April (we're from Wisconsin :) ). I got to be concert master for the orchestra and perform in choir. We got to do recording sessions and one of the directors that Disney had us under for orchestra portion actually did Donald Duck's voice for a number of years! It was an awesome experience and I really enjoyed getting to see the magic behind the scenes! I recommend it to any group who wants to perform!
I so envy people that work at Disneyland .so awesome . love Disney
Last Year, I went to Walt Disney World with my High School Choir to sing in the Candlelight Processional in EpCOT. It was such a great experience. The Backstage area was through a gate behind the Gelato stand in Italy which was pretty cool. I wish I could go again. The morning before all that though, we drove to this resort (I forget the name) and did a workshop with a casting director. We sang and performed on a stage right there and he gave us all kinds of tips, ideas, and advice. If there's anybody contemplating participating in a Disney Performing arts event, DO IT!!! You won't regret it!
One of my best memories was being a part of that
Hey! It's the Cadets
Awesome video I wish I can do that
I preformed here this summer!
my dance group was going to do that but we got something else fun to do!
I did this with my choir last year it was super fun
I REALLY WANT TO DO THIS!
My chorus is preforming there May 3rd!
My old high school did a performance at Disneyland (lucky ducks)
The ETC Ion is the Lighting Console, The Yamaha is the sound board.
I was in the dance!
do they also do individual performances? I would love to perform aerial silks at the resort! :)
me too! ^_^
My dance school was going to do that but we disnt have enough people
So bummed that they took down Carnation Plaza...the atmosphere that will bring the guests in to watch performances won't be the same, but hey, better than nothing :)
My school performs here every year
haha look at her eyes O.o
How do you get these jobs?!
Disney world and Disneyland before New Disney plus movie night into store story about how much money does it take for a few days before New Disneyland before I was calling to see it
ETC Ion and a Yamaha sound bored
