Group 3 Not trying to "heal" anymore, or "do the work" has been great for me. 😂 now i just allow myself to be who i am. I had to set up a new email recently, so have decided to disestablish my one social media account and create a whole new one. Although i don't post anything on social media, and that person is blocked, they could've opened a new account and be seeing what i comment on the political pages i belong to, so it's time for a new identity. I've shifted house too, so all these distances have been helpful. I'm very discerning and have no wish to be caught up with anyones bullshit anymore- I'm quite happy on my own. Even for a girls lunch on Friday, I'm going to be half an hour late, so i don't have to listen to all the stuff I've heard before that'll happen during that first half hour. Hearing stories more than once does my head in, so it's not happening 😂 and the geezer being over the top friendly but then bombarding me with his latest thing while never asking me who i am, or how i am, is getting shorter and only necessary interactions from me. Im not there to entertain his ego. I'm unapologetic about being this intolerant bitch lady.

I love the way u worded everything here!!! It's exactly how I needed to hear what I'm feeling. I move intuitively but I'm unaware of how it actually looks and the actual results despite what I felt like I needed to do. It wasn't very well planned like I usually do. I'm healing from a really toxic situation that I didn't know was still affecting me so heavily. And I have developed an unhealthy eating pattern, I've been thinking of doing something about it but other things pop up and I just give in to cravings and then I feel unmotivated. When u said "outgrowing things as ur body develops" that's exactly what I needed to hear. I can't tolerate a room w a lot of stuff in it, so my artistic expression was in my aesthetic. But my body can't tolerate a lot of what it used to and I'm getting used to making long term projects that won't take up too much space but a lot of effort. And I'm working on finding a bigger space to live. But currently it's my eating habits and spending on wardrobe (to accommodate for size changes due to eating habits) so I'm working on all that and pretending like everything is ok especially at work. I went on my day off for some technical issues really quick and I was stressing so hard about how to dress so no one can tell I'm going through it and then I bought something I'd wanted for a long time and felt like that helped w the image but also it was super discounted and I really wanted it so 🙄 but yeah after this breakup I deleted my Facebook and only have one social media besides yt. I really am a lot better w all these changes. It's mainly the eating thing and some mental stuff and still barely realizing things about this person and the time I spent w her :/ having trouble being happy again. I'm sending love and healing to anyone else in similar situations or if ur still in it I really hope u get out of it soon bc it's one of the cruelest ways to experience life. I have a main guy I really like but our progress depends on our healing. I’ve been feeling so stressed about everything I decided my 2025 word is “fun” and the guys in my energy can either be part of it or go away. 😂 I know, it was a super odd reading but it aligned totally with my journey.
