    Thank you for all your great videos Mr. T. I'm on a very limited budget and wondering which you prefer between this radio and the Wenpzeray you recently reviewed, particularly on AM reception. Thank you!

      I would pick the D-219 from XHDATA for AM. Or the Prunus J-166.

      Hej, I agree with Todderbert; I think the Jazmm 211 pocket radio is nice, but I personally prefer the Prunus J-166 FM/AM pocket radio. I also have the XHDATA D-219 FM/AM/SW radio, and wow, the XHDATA D-219 radio is so nice; I listen to it very often. Take care and have a nice weekend.

    I bought this radio for $6.99 + tax from Amazon around Thanksgiving. Nice little radio, and it also has the little popping sound, but definitely worth it under $10, as you say. The font on the scale looks exactly like the -166. I wish they'd put the flashlight LED inside the cabinet as a dial light you could turn on and off...would've made this radio epic IMO. Thanks for the review!

    It's an awesome radio ! Design is minimalistic, yet modern.
    2 LEDs very handy

      Hej, absolutely! The Jazmm FM/AM (211) pocket radio is a great pocket radio. Nice that it has a stereo sound jack, battery light, a tuning light, and a hinged battery door. I love mine! Jazmm 211 pocket radio. Take care and have a pleasant weekend.

    It does look a lot like a J-166, with the volume and tuner knobs swapped, LEDs vertical instead of horizontal, and a flashlight added.

      The speaker audio is similar as well.

      Hey, yes, you are right; it is very similar to the Prunus J-166 FM/AM pocket radio. I have several Prunus J-166 FM/AM pocket radios. And when I started using the Jazmin 211 pocket radio, it was confusing at first, as I was used to the Prunus J-166's controls. But you get used to it, but I personally think the Jazmin 211 controls should have been the same placement as the Prunus J-166 pocket radio. Take care and have a nice weekend.

      @todderbert Hey, you are right, Todderbert. But I wish the Prunus J-166 FM/AM pocket radio had a stereo headphone jack. I like the Jazmm FM/AM (211) pocket radio, but Todderbert, I still have to say I like my four Prunus J-166 pocket radios very much, especially the new blue one that just arrived-a very cool color. Take care, Todderbert, and have a nice evening.

    Nice rádio and excelent vídeo as usual. In Brazil Fm is 76 to 108 MHZ and AM rádios are being turned off. Fortunatly the chinese rádios are being sold with the fm frequency used Here. We have 3 brazilians brand, basic rádios, Motobrás (the best) Companheiro and Motorádio. Nice saturday for everybody.

    Hello, great content. Could you 0:03 help me in suggesting a model. I’m a beginner and really overwhelm . Tecsun pl880, Xhdata D808…? I have a budget of approximately $400. The quality of sound is important, size not so much.
    Thanks
    Pierre from Quebec

      Most say the PL-880 will be the way to go. The audio is strong, which most love. I like a brighter tone, similar to the D-808. If you are going to be tuning in HAM radio operators on Shortwave, then the 880 is one of the best.

    Thats my only complaint on my xhdata D109. The volume is very sensitive.

    @todderbert : I love your radio channel!
    An idea to grow and expand your channel:
    If you can show the inside of the radio and identify the main silicon, I think this would be wonderful. I know you are not an engineer, so you wouldn't be doing a major teardown--just showing the internal first view construction quality (glue, bodges, antenna placement, etc.) and main silicon (Si47xx tuner, etc.) would be unique since you are in possession of so many radios.
