Hi Adriana, which teams app you think is best for connecting with teams? My organization uses MS Teams.. which is by far is the best as per me. Are there other apps which you recommend??
This video on virtual team dynamics is truly eye-opening! The speaker's insights are spot on - virtual teams are definitely the way forward in business. I love how they emphasize the importance of leveraging the latest tech and social media platforms for effective communication and driving positive change. This video has inspired me to embrace virtual teamwork for personal growth and productivity. Great job! 🚀👍
I am thrilled that this video has inspired you to embrace virtual team work especially for you personal growth and productivity!! Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment. cheers!
This is of particular interest to me at the moment, given I experience these challenges daily! Great share Adriana! Also well done on hitting 30k subscribers, that's amazing!
Hi Adriana, you are absolutely right, communication is the biggest challenge while managing a remote team and to overcome this issue, all remote team members should use similar communication tools. Slack, ClickUp and ScreenRec are the tools we use to do effective communication. Thank you Adriana for this highly informative video.
Thanks for these great tips on how to make virtual teams work best. Communication is so important. I'm all about appreciation as well. This comes about more naturally in an in-office setting but thought it was great that you mentioned to make a more concerted effort to do a shout out in your virtual meeting sessions.
Thank you. It’s been a real adjustment for many transitioning from the office to working from home this last year. Making sure teams stay connected is vital to productivity. Thanks for watching, cheers!
Great points about the best ways to make virtual teams work. Technology is a big one for sure...nothing more frustrating than when you don't have fast devices or your internet is not great. I personally had to upgrade my internet when I started working from home.
Hello : I will be having a seminar regarding this topic. and we can have a speaker. i was wondering if i can have 30-45 mins of you time in July timeframe.
Now I have no option lol.. my teams members are not willing to come to the office!! Guess I need to manage them virtually 😉 As always I hope it will be a great video.
Most companies out there require a degree of some sort. It doesn't need to specifically be a project management degree, I have a degree in engineering. Your first step to getting into project management is to ask to become a team member on a project that is going on in the company you work for. As you gain experience you can then ask to be the lead on a project. PM also requires practical skills as well. There are some great course that can teach you this practical side of project management. I have a course called Slay Project Management that you teach you these skills. I will leave the link below. Wishing you all the best, cheers! adrianagirdler.thinkific.com/courses/slaypm
Having a virtual team and virtual project is not easy.. especially when the team is from different nationalities and different time zones. .. its a challenge for the project manager and his team to deliver the project successfully.
