How does consciousness transcend the body? In meditation like many people I have experienced loss of awareness of the body. Being aware of the breath as if someone else is breathing, so transcendence of the Pranamaya sheath. Infrequently also the dropping of the identity and a pure seeing and being taking place. My question is though how does this happen? So I can be that space of awareness more effectively. 🙏🏼
We as humans always want something to last wether it is happiness or bliss or shift in Councessnes. Just let it go and be, when you come back to your self, say thank you for remembering and be aware. The more you do it more you will be aware. I suggest you to watch video from Krishnamurti: What is the difference between awareness and concentration. Hope this helps and have sense. Infinite love.
Watch everything without wanting to change anything. Than you will act when it is needed and do when it is needed. It is the highest form of intelegence.
Don't judge, this world is as it is because of that, understand, when you understand you have compassion. Have you ever been told as a child stay put. But you can't stay put. You try to itch, move, cough, scratch, all because you can't stay still. Now look at these people. They are not sick but they are for the first time in their life forced to be still, they are forcing themselves, and their mind, like a child wants to move talk, therefore it does the same things as you did as a child.
