I once had all of Mecos LPs....sadly now in vinyl heaven and most of this music wasn't released on CD. Ah well, at least we have digital versions available to us. Thanks for this upload.💃🏻🕺🏼 👍👍
I wasn’t exactly running out buying dance records but Meco’s ability to blend so many varied styles with a dance beat drew me to his music. This, Close Encounters of Every Kind and The Wizard of Oz are my Meco trilogy. And if I play them at top volume I can also annoy my neighbor!
Ahhh, a time when music was fun and dancing meant partying with a hot young girl who would end up going home with you. Never again will there be this much excitement going out for the evening, unless maybe you lived in the Roaring 20s.
