The GAMEMT E6 Plus has a lot more potential than the original E6. Unfortunately though, the controls are still its weakest link and the out of the box software experience will likely irritate those who aren't prepared to tinker. That said, at the right price and if the E6 Plus does manage to pick up some community support, there's a lot of potential to unlock here.

How's DS emulation using drastic on the android side?
This is not at all how the software on my E6 Plus is at all. The default with a card in is Linux and thr other side is Android 11 with nothing loaded on it but the Play store. The handheld isnt registered with Google so you can’t even use the play store
Oh my!! To be fair, your setup sounds a lot more interesting, though the need to side load is disappointing.

2:20 The Disc style D-Pad should have NEVER seen the light of day. It's one of worst gaming inventions ever made. It fails in almost every single metric except being used as Function Keys.
Also no the Sega Genesis D-Pad doesn't count as a Disc style D-Pad. I like to make a very clear distinction between the Legendary Circular D-Pad and the absolutely horrific and modern design of the Disc Style D-Pad.

This disc is 4 sensor conductive rubber, doesn’t even work well as a function button because it gets false inputs
