Hey @genebigs1749 - great to hear from you again. Where are ya? Coffee? Wine? Anywho... thank you and you're welcome. My videos are for YOU, not me. Keeping you informed of a changing marketplace is important. YOU need to be informed of what's going on in the industry that I spend 40, 50, 80 hour each week living in. Glad you found this one useful - it's an important event...

Excellent video/information! I was thinking why would I want to make an offer without knowing what the seller is offering. But your explanation cleared that up. And your list of services, it reminds me of a recent flight purchase… choose bare minimum, add seat selection, early boarding, extra bag, etc. Saved this for future house hunting reference.

Good thinking. Makes sense, huh. Buyer representation can be full service or al la carte. But the agreement MUST be negotiated AND signed BEFORE showing property... stay tuned for more!

Excellent break down of all this! Thank you! Question, at the end you said the date is October 14 but throughout your video you were saying August 17. Clarification please..

August 17th is the Day! Good ear on that one. Are you ready for the change?

I want to look at houses and someone gave me an exclusive agreement that has 6% of the purchase price from the seller and it lasts 6 months. Can I tell them 1%?

As we've been trained the last 6 months, "everything is negotiable."
