Not to sound cliche but knowing that courage isn't the absence of fear but persistence in spite of fear helped me a great deal. This feeling you're having is a natural reaction to moving out of your comfort zone but keep your "why" in mind and know that this too shall pass. We tend to be in our heads more than is needed and that can end up being detrimental. Keep pushing your limits, rest when you have to, and reflect and re-strategize when you have to. For what it's worth, your uploads are among the most important to me in this stage of my life.
Thank you for sharing this with all of us. I too am afraid. First time I admit this in a long time. I hope we all get through this and achieve all our goals.
I've learned that "Just doing it" is some really good advice. Being indecisive can be super harmful to anyone. I recently started going to the Gym and having the "just do it" mentality has been super helpful, I've lost some weight and I'm continuing to lose weight, so I'm happy that I just did it.
Having faith to counter fear is not always easy. I have started a few companies, spent thousands of dollars and it came to nothing. I wanted a family and support system who cared about me and they are not around. I wanted God to answer prayers that I thought would serve me well and they were not answered. Many times our desires don't align with the big picture. Or it's not time yet. It's tough to do the thing we don't want to do. That's when fear, that dark cloud, shows up the most. However, faith eventually overcomes fear.
So true faith over fear. Thinking of doing a 3 day water fast to get some spiritual answers never tried it but was suggested to me. God knows the answers!
There are people like me? The more I research something the more scared I get. Like your title says "Just Start" once you start a lot the fear goes away. You got this! We all got this!
Absolutely. I still face this all the time. It’s hard. Even when I do overcome one thing, it doesn’t suddenly become easier to have a new challenge to tackle. Really proud of you for sharing this with us. I know it resonates with many. You got this. My homie!
Actually as Muslim we believe that after life will be way better than this life and this life is nothing more than an illiusion and an amusement so thats actually not the real life but a test for us humans to believe in God and try to live their based on what God wants (which is good for u) and after that u will live your real life fun and more lasting. so in the end only doing good matters even if u don't have billions of dollors. i know its not an religious channel but i just wanted to share this since u talked about some of things which made me feel something for you : )
