This problem only exists in Rust. I don't have this problem in any other game.

Bro, I honestly don’t understand, well, what’s the point of the poor quality resolution? I’d play on full HD or 2K, or I’d make a custom 4-3 so that it would have a good picture. I play raster, but no matter how much I’ve tried, it’s even harder to shoot in 4-3 than in 16-9
