Im up here in snowy Canada, and I’ve never even heard of these, so thank you for showing us, they are so cool! I love the whole idea of having a little rock… well it’s almost a cross between a table and a cutting board, isn’t it? So awesome though, I wish I was able to tolerate raw vegetables better (like garlic and onion for instance),
@@pennycandyys You’re welcome! I’m using my metate to make hot chocolate next week. You can also use your metate to grind spices, make salsas, etc. I’ll keep showing you guys how I use it 😊
My dad inherited my grandma 's metate which I still have. My grandma lived to 104 and I remember her using it.
