Great presentation and excellent information. Steve's story is very similar to mine; in terms of being in shock, not wanting to let anyone know, and a spouse that encouraged me to open up. Everyone needs to listen to Steve's story. I'm currently 4-years NED, and my dad is living with prostate cancer.

Happy you found Steve's video helpful Wishing you many years of NED, and much support to your Dad, too.

Wow! great interview. Sorry I don't know interviewers name however would start a few interviews and "fall out' You remind me of my brother law, also a social worker with a style not for me. Then when you said "F'k it" I paid attention and appreciated your questions ( doesnt say much for me). Steve's journey is special because it incorporates the old therapies with the new, psma test and then proton radiation.
It seems in todays times a prostate cancer patient can expect to live long and not a death sentence, time wise, like it was just a few short years ago. Thank you for sharing this information and experience.

Proton is a superior therapy sadly not available in a so called advanced country like Canada. You are very lucky to have the option.

The fact your treated 4x for your condition only means they're not That effective in eradicating your CA . Good luck😎

I enjoy the entire interview with Steve. I am similar with history, but a much longer one. I passed my 30 year anniversary June of this year. I am still fighting the cancer, and I am 87 at this time. We have Proton radiation coming to our area of Peoria, Illinois, but it is like 4 years off I think. Jack Drum.
