Here, because I was diagnosed with PCOS late 2019....I've been struggling. Having irregular periods or no periods at all. I can miss my period for 90 days and more, only to have it for one day. I have gained so much weight since my diagnosis, yet I am the healthiest eater in my family... Nothing seems to help keep the weight off and its been taking a toll on my self confidence, especially when people voice it out... PCOS, is literally the worst thing to happen to a woman. Because not only are you insulin resistant, which means you gain wait like crazy and its hard to keep it off... But you also have to deal with hormonal outbursts, to depressive episodes and just not wanting to talk to anyone... I have discovered a ridiculous amount of hair, on my arms, legs and down my spine line on my back... Not getting started on the ance. Gosh, my acne is so bad. If its not ance, than its the terrible acne scars... You also get hungry all the time, thanks to insulin resistance!... There's also abdominal pain from day to day activities... And bowel pain from doing stuff around the house. Insomnia?? That one has became my friend, and it comes with daily headaches... Not forgetting that sometimes I feel my period is coming, and it actually doesn't come. Sometimes I feel myself ovulating, but no period! I'm only 26, I'm so tired😭😭😭😭
@@WendysNewNormal I've been using Inositol for about 3 months now and the PCOS symptoms are a less aggressive. My periods have been regular since I started, I'm waiting to see if my cycle will start this month to confirm that this is the drug I was looking for all my life... Not saying it magically erases all my PCOS related problems, but it has been a life saver... My ance is not as bad... My insulin is under control so far. So, I guess we'll see as things go... I've also been really careful about what I eat and I take a 40 min walk, twice a week...
