While I would hope Barron and his classmates have the brains to figure out how hypocritical, repressive, and anti-democracy are the philosophies of their parents and school, the environment is such a cocoon that they may not receive much light into their minds. He should. The problem is to prove he gave the order to others to violate the gag order. So far, I think there is only 1 person who saw Trump editing notes. Unless that person can also testify he saw someone else read the same exact notes, it would be hard to prove the others did not talk on their own volition.
His sycophants would have to lie on the Bible if brought in to say their gag order breaches were their own idea. If Mike Johnson is a true believing Christian, he might not be able to pull that off. The rest of them would lie or plead the 5th in a heartbeat.

My agony throughout all of these trump trials is the doubt about the integrity of the judges - eg: extending the cases until after the election. And where does USA go after that? USA loses its reputation, and who knows how that plays out afterward - especially if Trump becomes President and can decide who are the key players and judges, and even worse gets immunity. And it will be USA's judges who will go down in history as being the people who delivered that.
All over the world now, we know that the US Supreme Court members are rotten and corrupt. Speak about the reputation and image of the American Justice system

This is a States Criminal trial. This is not a politically motivated persecution. This is a PROSECUTION of crimes that trump committed in Manhattan.
I agree with you except that the judge does the sentencing, not DOJ. DOJ is not involved in this New York case. It is the Manhatten, NY District Attorney's Office that is prosecuting the case.
