I think all she can understand is Vedal's voice and she doesnt actually remember the reason they got banned. That's why the bans seem so illogical because neuro is struggling to grasp some of these situations. She even asks for context or expresses confusion several times.

Unban request streams always stress me out; when people that kinda sound innocent, or failed to read the room, or the situation is ambiguous etc, and they get permabanned for fun, I dunno, kinda worry me that individuals are treated as statistics just because of there's so many people and maybe that ban could have a mental scar on someone that didn't deserve or something.....
