I've had sleep paralysis before. But, the dark figure actually got in my room and went in my closet. I now tie the closet handle together now every night, so I am safe. That's also why I keep a cross next to my bed. That was the most terrifying g night I've ever had. I'm terrified.

I was so uncomfortable and I was wanting to get out of that position so bad I forgot how to calm down enough to be out of it. This was my second time experiencing sleep paralysis. My first time I experienced it all night after I woke up from this dream where I was riding a roller coaster down hill and got attacked by a man who was in a tree.
I actually learned from these kind of videos the actual term for sleep paralysis (I have them, but there are) and I use to call them Night locks cause it felt like I was locked in a nightmare.

I've never had it until 2018 because i injured my back and since then i have it at almost every single day. I've seen allot of horrifying figures like ones just at the end of my bed starring at me and one's that are literally on top of me just starring at me and i end up crying every time this happens to me because it's just that horrifying. I had chronic sleep paralysis, nightmare disorder, and nocturnal panic attacks due to PTSD and chemical imbalance. I had all these so constantly growing up that I developed (and years later was diagnosed with) somniphobia by the time I was 12. Thankfully, I don't have it anymore or at least, most of the time I can sleep without anxiety about it. But I would used to do anything from self-harm to starving myself to keep myself awake because I was so scared to sleep.
I had sleep paralysis like crazy, shit would be back to back to back some nights. My home is kinda haunted. I would see shadows of a person walking into the bathroom but no one is in there. I had my room door slam shut and slowly started to open again. I even heard my mom call my name but she wasn’t home. I’m not scared tbh I’m low-key curious and interested in creepy shit.

I had sleep paralysis like crazy, shit would be back to back to back some nights. My home is kinda haunted. I would see shadows of a person walking into the bathroom but no one is in there. I had my room door slam shut and slowly started to open again. I even heard my mom call my name but she wasn’t home. I’m not scared tbh I’m low-key curious and interested in creepy shit.

@@eryk8340 umm I live in hood so almost every day people get killed on my block or around the corner. When I’m sitting on my bed, I would feel someone sit on it but no one is there. I also would feel someone touch my arm or my head. I don’t feel scared which is weird, but only because I would just think it’s my older twin sisters that died.

3:21 when I was 7 years old and lived in my grandpa's house and we believed demons were in the house and one morning I woke up under my blanket and seen my own face starring at me with that exact same look I blinked in terror as I didn't believe my eyes and I was to scared to move and then as it looked like me dead it blinked that's when I jumped out of bed screaming and running outside my room and after that night I haven't slept in that room for a week.... I have sleep paralysis and it’s the most scariest thing I’ve ever had.. I swear it’s something that I don’t have control over and it sucks… at one point I could feel the scratches they would give me plus I can also feel my blood running down my skin.. when I would wake up and look at the spot where they “attacked" me there would be a mark, but no blood..
