Bini should be advised to wear normal sneakers when he's walking to the podium. The cycling shoes are very slippery and risk injury and embarrassment by falling. Notice all the other cyclists are wearing sneakers. Only Bini is walking with slight difficulty because he's the only one wearing cycling cleats. I noticed this on several of his podium videos.
