Things in th U.S. have been pretty violent the past few days. Today I was on the phone with a customer as he walked into his business to find it totally wrecked by rioters/looters. For no reason and with the police too overwhelmed to come help him. I could hear the horror, frustration, and bewilderment so clearly in his voice. And he was only one of many.
