One of the first things you’ll notice about the Infinix Hot 50 5G is its slim profile. At just 7.8mm thick, it’s among the slimmest in its category. The phone feels light and comfortable to hold, making it easy to carry around. The build quality is solid, with a premium multi-layer finish that adds to its stylish look. The top edge is barren, while the bottom features a 3.5mm jack, a microphone, a USB-C port, and a speaker. The left side features a SIM slot, whereas the right side is equipped with a volume rocker and a power button, which doubles up a fingerprint sensor.
The “Wooow Cube” camera island on the back is a refreshing and much-needed design change compared to what was seen on the Hot 40 and Hot 30 series. The phone comes in four colours: Sleek Black, Vibrant Blue, Sage Green, and Dreamy Purple (with a vegan leather finish), providing some nice options for personalisation. A good thing is that the phone offers an IP54-rated splash resistance. Its retail package includes the Hot 50 5G phone, an 18W charger, a USB-C to USB-A cable, a SIM ejector too, and some paperwork.
