use the external tab in microsoft access to import from excel. but make sure excel sheet columns are consistent with that of the ms access table in terms of datatype and note attribute necessarily.

It's because you do this whilst the form is opened as subform. Try editing a subform alone I mean having on the subform opened in it's design view and this should work.
Hi the form showing a stock quantity only works when a stock out transaction is made, until then it does not show the stock. How can you get around this?

i have problem inserting the two buttons with the wizard add and delete in stock in form in stockings part. I can insert a button manually but then i'm stuck since i don't got wizard part... @40:10 mins. i don't know how to do that part with wizard or activate wizard
Hello, make sure you are not adding the button to the subform whilst it is in the parent form. Open the subform as a single form, add the button and the wizard will come.
I have the same issue; I tried a different way and it worked for me. Close the current "Stock In" form and go to "Stockings" form instead. From there, add the two buttons (New and Delete). Save it, Close the "Stockings" form and go back to "Stock In" form. I hope this helps you too...
