    Keep up the good work. Netflix is a good example of why investors need to be able to understand the statements. Someone might think the company is durable while the financials speak something else.

    Does Cafe Sole have a mission statement? And I can't find their Glassdoor reviews. Also, the moat seems open to disruption, and we haven't seen much for optionality. I like the the solid financials and skin in the game though. Intriguing founder, I'm a fan of his, but not sure if his company is investable.

    The comment on Issue/repurchase stock says : any cash gained or lost from debt obligations ..is this not a typo ? should be : any cash gained or lost from share transactions ? this confuses me ...sorry if i'm wrong .

    Shares issued for conversion of debt and accrued interest
    Can u explain this to me?

      Some debt is convertible -- rather than being paid back, it becomes stock instead. This leads to high dilution if converted.

    Why did you 150 for depreciation? That's a loss and should have been subtracted?
